- Custom floor plans based on client specifications
All services are delivered digitally via email or download link.
2. Client Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate design requirements
- Respond to our inquiries for clarifications or revisions
- Review and approve drafts or request revisions promptly
- Ensure local compliance of final designs with municipal or building authority standards (we do not provide certified architectural or structural documents)
3. Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on complexity and the nature of your request. This timeline may be extended based on revisions or delays in client communication.
All deliveries are made via email or through a secure download link.
4. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer unlimited revisions on all orders to ensure 100% satisfaction. However, revisions must align with the original scope of work. Requests that differ substantially from the original brief may be considered a new order.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital and custom-made services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, your satisfaction is our priority—we guarantee to revise your design until it meets your expectations.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom designs provided by us are licensed to the client for personal or commercial use (based on the package chosen). The final designs are not to be resold or redistributed without our written permission.
We retain the right to showcase anonymized versions of completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront to initiate any service. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store payment information on our servers.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver high-quality, accurate designs. However, we are not liable for:
- Any construction, structural, or legal issues that arise from using our plans
- Misuse or misinterpretation of designs
- Delays due to incomplete client input
- Errors caused by third-party software or platforms
