1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on HomeBuildingDesigns.com are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Custom design services
- Pre-packaged home design plans
- 2D or 3D digital files
- Floor plans, elevations, or any downloadable content
Since these are custom-made or instantly accessible digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a design process has started or a file has been delivered.

- The request is made within 30 days of final file delivery
Major changes outside the scope of the original design may require a new order or an additional fee.

5. Cancellation Policy
